HireGenZ (hiregenz.in) helps you tailor your resume to a job. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.
What we collect
- Your Google account basics when you sign in: name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID. We request only the
openid email profilescopes. - What you give us to build a resume: the resume, LinkedIn export or text you upload, the job descriptions or links you add, and the resumes we generate for you.
- Usage analytics: which pages you visit and which features you use (for example “generated a resume” or “downloaded a PDF”), linked to your account when signed in or to a random browser ID when not. We don't use advertising trackers.
How it's stored
- Without signing in, your profile and resumes stay in your browser's local storage.
- When signed in, your profile and saved resumes are stored in your HireGenZ account (MongoDB Atlas) so you can open them on any device.
Who processes it
- Anthropic (Claude) processes your resume and job text to tailor, check and score your resume, only while handling your request.
- MongoDB Atlas stores account data, saved resumes and usage events.
- Hostinger hosts the website. Google provides sign-in.
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. The site's administrators can see account contact details (name, email, and the phone and location from your imported profile) and usage counts, to run and support the service.
Your choices
- Use HireGenZ without saving anything to an account by not signing in, or sign out at any time.
- Delete everything stored in your account (resumes, profile, usage events and the account record) with Delete my data under “Your saved resumes” in the builder.
- Clear your browser's site data to remove anything stored locally.
